Originally known as Infogramme, the platform faced challenges with usability, vendor trust, and brand identity. The client sought a fresh, modern approach to differentiate the platform from competitors and enhance user engagement.

To align with business and customer needs, we conducted user research to uncover the biggest pain points of online shopping and vendor interactions.

Our research involved in-depth interviews with users aged 20 to 50, revealing key frustrations and opportunities for improvement.
Key Findings:
Users want secure transactions with verified vendors.
Many prefer to negotiate prices before purchasing.
Delivery delays are a major concern.
Poor customer support affects trust and engagement.
Flexible payment options, including pay-on-delivery, are highly desirable.
A visually appealing and easy-to-use interface is essential.
